Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Berries are a favorite summer produce item and whether you like to go berry picking or pick up some fresh berries in the store, there are so many ways to use berries in meals. One of my absolute favorites using blueberries are blueberry muffins!! Muffins are delicious there is no denying that, but usually they aren’t the healthiest option because of their sugar content. Fortunately there are healthier ingredients that you can use that don’t take away flavor. The recipe below is a whole-grain blueberry muffin that uses ingredients such as almond flour, greek yogurt, and rolled oats. These muffins are packed with protein and fiber making them a great breakfast option or midday snack!!
