Four-Ingredient Drop Biscuits

I don’t really need a reason to eat a biscuit, but because it’s National Buttermilk Biscuit Day, I think it’s time to enjoy one!! Unfortunately with that buttery and flaky goodness comes lots of fat. I have a solution for you all and that is Four-Ingredient Drop Biscuits. This recipe is super simple with only four ingredients and is a great alternative to traditional biscuits. They are best served right out of the oven and can even be enjoyed with flavorings such as fresh herbs and cheese folded into the recipe. Enjoy biscuit day!!!
