Energize Mai Tai

It may be cold and snowy outside, but that doesn’t mean you can’t pretend you are sitting on a beach somewhere, in the warm sun, sipping on a Mai Tai!! We can dream, right??? The following recipe may help this dream come true but possibly indoors. Energize Mai Tai is easy to make, delicious, and a great way to use Energize in your pre-workout.  

Ingredients

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 cup ice

1 scoop Beachbody Performance Energize Fruit Punch

¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks

¼ cup frozen cherries

1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

½ tsp. pure rum extract

Instructions               

Place coconut milk, ice, Energize, pineapple, cherries, lemon juice, and extract in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
