										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Besides being the first day of a new month, today is one of my favorite days… It is National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day!! Being that I’m the ultimate peanut butter fan, I thought I would share a delicious recipe with you to celebrate. Shakeology Peanut Butter Oat Bars are two of my favorite flavors of chocolate and peanut butter combined together to create these brownie treats. The Chocolate Shakeology adds a superfood nutrition, the banana adds moistness, and the oats and peanut butter are the protein. If you are looking for a rich, decadent treat filled with healthy ingredients, check out the recipe below.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ingredients</strong></h3>



<p>2 scoops of Chocolate&nbsp; Shakeology</p>



<p>½ cup dried rolled oats &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p>½ cup peanut butter</p>



<p>½ large ripe banana, mashed</p>



<p>Nonstick cooking spray</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Instructions</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Combine Shakeology and oats in a large bowl; mix well.   </li><li>Add peanut butter and banana; mix well with a spatula (or clean hands).   </li><li>Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan that is lightly coated with spray. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">So my family loves Potato Chips and that has been a &#8220;snack&#8221; I do not keep in my house! So a friend of mine has been talking about Kale Chips for a month now&#8230; so when I was at the Market- I picked up some Kale!!! Yesterday I was in the fridge and I wanted something salty&#8230; Pulled out my Kale and Turned on the oven!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Directions: Set oven @ 350, Grab a bunch of Kale, Cut stem off, Break/Cut Kale into bit size pieces, Wash and Dry in salad spinner. Place kale on baking sheet- drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Sea Salt (or whatever seasoning you would like) *** I also added some garlic powder and Parm Cheese (made it too salty for me) Bake for 10-12 minutes and take out (want to cook until slightly brown but not burnt)</p>
