										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I shared an article earlier in the week that discussed all types of flour. Today, I’m going a little further into the world of “gluten free” flour. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye and can be found in many foods. Unfortunately, not all of our bodies can process gluten like others therefore making gluten-free flour a very important option. There are many options to gluten-free flour, but baking with it does require a little more precision than baking with other flours. Check out the link below for some gluten-free flour options and baking tips when using those flours.&nbsp;</p>
