Sometimes it’s just easier to take-out, or enjoy a nice meal in a favorite restaurant. Besides being very costly, prepared food can have a high calorie tag attached. “A 2014 study published in the journal <em>Public Health Nutrition</em> found that people who eat more meals at home consume 200 fewer calories at meals than those who eat out on the regular.” This next article explains why cooking at home can help you lose weight. That doesn’t mean you can not enjoy a night out, but if you are going to dine outside the home, try choosing meals on the healthier side. Most restaurants have many healthy options now!!&nbsp;</p>
