<p>½ tsp. pure coconut sugar</p>



<p>½ tsp. apple pie spice</p>



<p>¼ cup dry rolled oats</p>



<p>1 scoop Vanilla Chai Shakeology</p>



<p>½ cup unsweetened almond milk&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

(500 ml) jar; stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. <p>½ cup dry rolled oats</p>



<p>1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology</p>



<p>¼ tsp. ground nutmeg</p>



<p>1 cup unsweetened almond milk &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p>1 Tbsp. chopped pecans&nbsp;</p>



<p>1 tsp. pure maple syrup&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
