<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">I am starting the <a href="http://nikkikubanminton.com/abs-power-diet/">Ab Diet</a> again and this is one thing I love to experiment with- each day I will incorporate more and more of these items! So of course with me working from home, my plan tends to change alittle- but when I have this set, when I am not prepared I have this food prepped in the fridge! </span></p>
