Because I did not know much about &#8220;healthy food&#8221; the biggest and best for healthy was grilled chicken salad (yes with cheese and croutons) BUT to my surprise, the toppings on your <a title="Salad: Jazzy ideas to a healthy meal!" href="http://nikkikubanminton.com/salad-jazzy-ideas-to-a-healthy-meal/">salad</a> plus dressing is what makes it worse than some other options out there!!!!</h2>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">So I started slow-went from bacon to turkey bacon, eggs to egg whites, white bread to wheat or whole grain- fruit snacks to dried fruit- yogurt to greek yogurt&#8230;. These were my slow transition for the <a title="Eat Clean Stripped Diet- 4 week Plan" href="http://nikkikubanminton.com/eat-clean-stripped-diet-4-week-plan/">first month</a> of my journey!</h2>

(ex. avocado)</h2>
