Emily has been doing P90X now for 120 days.  This is ONLY 4 months and look at the difference!  She started out with 28% body fat and weighing 140 lbs.  She is now at 12% body fat and 110 lbs.  What a difference you can make in only 4 months when you decide to commit 100% to a challenge group!  We are proud of you Emily.  What an accomplishment!
