Just in case you are wondering what Super Weekends are all about, check out the link below for a little behind the scenes of one that took place in Sacramento last month. “Beachbody Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese, creator of 21 Day Fix, Ultimate Portion Fix, and other programs, led a live Q&amp;A session with the audience, answering questions about weight loss, nutrition, fitness, and motivation.”&nbsp;</p>
