										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If I had to think of one ingredient that is used most in my cooking, it would have to be garlic. Garlic adds so much to dishes and a little can go a long way. I prefer fresh garlic in my dishes, but garlic also comes minced in jars stored in the refrigerator and powder form. If you are like me and probably have more garlic bulbs than you need, storing garlic to last longer can be tricky. Fortunately, the following link offers six techniques that can help make your garlic stay fresh longer. Just remember to keep your garlic unpeeled, this way garlic can last up to 5 months using some of these tips.&nbsp;</p>
