It doesn’t need to be someone’s birthday to enjoy this next shake. Blackberry Birthday Cake Smoothie is a celebration in a cup with so many wonderful flavors coming together. The creaminess of Cookies & Creamy Shakeology, the tartness of blackberries, and the texture of coconut is the perfect smoothie combination.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice

1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology

1 cup frozen blackberries

1 Tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, blackberries, and coconut in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; serve immediately.

Peppermint Mocha Shakeology Protein Bites

The release of the new Shakeology flavor Peppermint Mocha was last week and already I’m super excited for all the new recipes!! This protein ball recipe is the perfect blend of so many flavors and make a great holiday treat that is healthy and delicious!! Check out the recipe below… “If you could “taste” the holidays, they would definitely taste like these Peppermint Mocha Shakeology Protein Bites.” Let the festivities begin!!

Ingredients

2 packets of Peppermint Mocha Shakeology

? cup almond flour

? cup almond butter

¼ cup coconut flour

¼ cup honey

½ tsp. sea salt

¼ cup dark chocolate mini-baking chips

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Place Shakeology, almond flour, almond butter, coconut flour, honey, and salt in a food processor; cover. Pulse to combine.
Add chocolate chips. Pulse until chips are blended through evenly.
Roll into twelve balls, about 1-inch in diameter each, coating in shredded coconut to finish.
Place in an airtight container; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
