It’s officially peach season so bring on all the peach recipes!!! I love everything peach but this next recipe is absolutely one of my favs!! Vanilla Peach Overnight Oats is a sweet and simple breakfast that will make you want to jump out of bed to enjoy!! The night before, you need to take a few minutes to prepare your mason jar oats and throughout the night the magic happens. In the morning, enjoy your no bake, easy clean-up, delicious overnight oats breakfast. If you aren’t a fan of peaches, they can be easily swapped out for some other type of fruit.

Ingredients

½ cup dry rolled oats

1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology

? cup water

½ tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 medium peach chopped

Instructions

Combine oats and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well.

Add water and extract; mix well. Soak, covered, in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, top with peach; serve immediately.

This delicious breakfast can also be made in a one-pint Mason jar.

The post Vanilla Peach Overnight Oats first appeared on Nikki Kuban Minton.
