]]> Fitspiration Friday… Congratulations to Matthew R. who lost 56 lbs. in 13 months with 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix EXTREME, Transform :20, P90X, P90X3, P90X One On One, MBF, Master’s Hammer & Chisel, LIIFT4, and 2B Mindset. “I had suddenly and unexpectedly lost my father. My father being a Chiricahua and White Mountain Apache, I felt like I had not only lost my role model, but also my culture and identity. … Nutrition was the least of my concerns. … I had quickly gained a lot of weight without my awareness. I made the decision that I would lose all this weight through diet and exercise. I had no idea where to start on this journey, but I remembered an old buddy of mine had used P90X to lose his weight, so I looked for it online and discovered Beachbody On Demand with so many different programs and a whole community for support. One of my favorite programs to use was 21 Day Fix. There were modified movements for less advanced participants, and this option was crucial for my success in the beginning. As I became more advanced I could follow the trainer Autumn directly so I was always pushing myself. I also very much enjoy the P90X programs with Tony Horton. What I loved about Tony’s programs is the education and knowledge he gives you while you work out with him. I feel agile like I did when I was a child. Since losing the weight, I am now fitting into my old pants and I even have been cutting new smaller notches in my belt! I believe I have gained control of a seemingly out of control situation. Most importantly I can feel the difference, and it feels great!” Way to go, Matthew!!
