We can dream, right??? The following recipe may help this dream come true but possibly indoors. Energize Mai Tai is easy to make, delicious, and a great way to use Energize in your pre-workout.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ingredients</strong></h3>



<p>½ cup unsweetened coconut milk</p>



<p>1 cup ice</p>



<p>1 scoop Beachbody Performance Energize Fruit Punch</p>



<p>¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks</p>



<p>¼ cup frozen cherries</p>



<p>1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice</p>



<p>½ tsp. pure rum extract</p>

Crispy-Oven Baked Chicken is just as crunchy and juicy as fried chicken but without all the added fat and calories.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

Honestly though, spinach is a food that I found to be easily added to dishes without much detection. Spinach has so many health benefits and is a great addition to smoothies, dips, pasta, and even sweet treats like the one below. Spinach muffins are delicious, flavorful, moist, and good for you!! They are easy to make, and you can freeze the leftovers for up to 3 months. Besides the color, no one would even know that spinach is one of the ingredients!!&nbsp;</p>

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies may sound healthy because of their name, unfortunately the sugar in them doesn’t make them a great daily option. How about an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Shake that can be enjoyed every day and still tastes just like the cookie? Take the cookie’s healthy ingredients, add some cinnamon, blend with Vanilla Shakeology and you have yourself a delicious shake that tastes just like an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie!! Celebrate National Oatmeal Day with Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Shakeology!!&nbsp;</p>

<p>1 cup unsweetened almond milk</p>



<p>1 cup ice</p>



<p>1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology</p>



<p>2 Tbsp. dry rolled oats</p>



<p>½ tsp. ground cinnamon</p>



<p>1 Tbsp. raisins</p>
