The crust is made with egg whites and the toppings can be changed according to your likings!! Enjoy&nbsp;</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ingredients</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </h3>



<p>Nonstick cooking spray</p>



<p>4 large egg whites (½ cup)</p>



<p>¼ cup all-natural marinara sauce</p>



<p>2 Tbsp. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese</p>



<p>¼ cup cooked chopped kale&nbsp;</p>



<p>¼ cup cooked sliced mushrooms</p>

As eggs set, lift edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath; cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until set.    </li><li>Spread marinara sauce evenly on top of egg whites. Green Beans with Hard-Boiled Eggs, Shallots and Bacon is a salad that can be served warm, or cold and can be used as a side dish or a quick lunch option. I’m always on the search for side dishes and this one is not only healthy, but delicious. For more flavor, make sure you cook the green beans after you fry the shallots and bacon and use the same oil.&nbsp;</p>

Vanilla Shakeo Overnight Oats w/ Blackberries is the perfect go-to recipe when time is not an option in the morning. Prep the night before, refrigerate overnight, and you have one delicious, healthy breakfast waiting for you in the A.M. Check out the recipe below and enjoy!!<br></p>



<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>



<p>?1 c rolled oats</p>



<p>? 1 scoop vanilla vegan @shakeology</p>



<p>? 1 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk</p>



<p>? 1 tbsp chia seeds</p>



<p>? 1 c blackberries</p>



<p>? 2 tbsp slivered almonds</p>



<p>? maple syrup for drizzle</p>



<p>? greek yogurt<br></p>



<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>



<p>? Place the oats, protein, chia seeds and milk into a mason jar or container with a lid.</p>

<p>? Shake or stir until ingredients are well combined. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.</p>

<p>? In two serving containers, layer oats with blackberries. Top with more milk if desired.
