Taking walks, binge watching your favorite shows, picking up a new hobby, getting some extra sleep, exercising, baking, puzzles and board games, etc. are a few ways some may be spending this time at home. If you are still finding yourself bored and glued to the TV to relieve stress, maybe find other ways to balance out your time. A recent study showed that brain games, such as strategy games, puzzles, and word games, help stimulate the mind and strengthen our memory which might be a good idea when knowing what day it is anymore can be a struggle!! “Our brains love to be stimulated with challenges and opportunities to learn, so anytime you can actively engage that process, your brain will reward you,” explains Natalie Dattilo, Ph.D., MHA, director of psychology at Brigham &amp; Women’s Hospital.
