Especially after a holiday like Halloween when the house is filled with candy, sugar intake may be more than usual. Unfortunately lots of foods also have high amounts of sugar in them so one may refer to a glycemic index that measures how a particular food that contains carbohydrates will impact your blood sugar after you eat it. There are many foods that are considered low-glycemic and below are 10 low glycemic fruits. A great substitute for the candy bar that may be calling your name!!&nbsp;</p>
