I go back and forth between salty and sweet, but the salty seems to be real right now. Studies show that cravings can be due to a lot of different factors… boredom, stress, emotional, lack of sleep, and hormonal. If you are dealing with a craving right now and having a hard time fighting it, this next article may be helpful.&nbsp;</p>
