Winter squash is one of these gems that should get more love!! “A nutrient-packed vegetable” winter squash is available October through February and there are tons of varieties.&nbsp; Check out a few of these varieties and ways to prepare squash in the link below.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>



<p>1 cup unsweetened coconut milk</p>



<p>1 cup ice</p>



<p>1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology</p>



<p>¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks</p>



<p>1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel</p>



<p>½ tsp. pure coconut extract</p>



<p>¼ large banana, sliced</p>



<p>¼ cup sliced strawberries</p>



<p>3 unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped</p>



<p>2 tsp. shredded coconut&nbsp;</p>



<p>1 tsp. chia seeds</p>

<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, pineapple, lemon peel, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.</li><li>Pour smoothie into a shallow bowl. <p>¼ cup dry rolled oats</p>



<p>1 scoop Vanilla Chai Shakeology</p>



<p>½ cup unsweetened almond milk&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; lightly coat with spray.       </li><li>Add apple, sugar, and apple pie spice; cook, stirring frequently, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until softened.       </li><li>Add oats, Shakeology, apple, and almond milk to a sealable 16 oz. (500 ml) jar; stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
