										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are all in a hurry at one time or another in our life. Some nights are running from here to there, and some mornings you barely have time to get dressed. Unfortunately, our eating habits are usually affected by our hectic lives. Meal prep is always my first suggestion to help with healthier eating. Planning out the meals for the week and prepping even a little on the weekend can really make a difference for a smoother week. Another suggestion that I came across while watching the Today show one morning are frozen foods. I know when most people hear frozen foods they think processed, artificial, unhealthy, but I learned that healthy frozen foods do exist. Check out the video below and discover some frozen foods that are actually healthy for you and are easy family meals. Sometimes you just need a meal that can be popped in the oven and baked on it’s own!! </p>
