										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mushrooms are one of those foods I feel like you either hate or love. What I didn’t realize is their nutritional value and how many different varieties actually exist. If you are leaning towards a dislike for mushrooms, I would highly suggest checking out this article about mushroom nutrition &amp; health benefits. Some of the mushrooms listed are new to me, so you might want to try another variety before ruling them out altogether. It also has to do with the way you prepare a veggie that might highlight their tastier side.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ingredients</strong></h3>



<p>I cup unsweetened almond milk</p>



<p>1 cup ice</p>



<p>1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology</p>



<p>½ cup frozen strawberries</p>



<p>½ cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt</p>



<p>½ cup frozen blackberries</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Instructions</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Place<em> ¾ cup </em>almond milk, ice, Shakeology, and strawberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; mixture will be thick. Pour <em>?</em> of mixture into serving glass; set aside.   </li><li>Add yogurt to blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour <em>½</em> of mixture into serving glass; set aside.   </li><li>Add<em> </em>blackberries and <em>remaining ¼ cup</em> almond milk<em> </em>to blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass.
