There are many different techniques in controlling that feeling of “nervous, unsettled, or even downright panicky”, including exercise, meditation, breathing techniques, journaling, therapy, nutrition, listening to podcasts and/or music. I found this article about breathing techniques to be super interesting and thought I would share it. Whatever you may be dealing with, know that you aren’t alone and help is out there.
