That’s right, dancing moves your whole body and depending on how long and how much you move, it can prove to be a great workout. “Dance can definitely be a cardio workout, especially when you’re moving nonstop and repeating previously learned steps throughout the entire workout,” says dance instructor Rizwan Dhanidina.
