If you are going to have a bedtime snack, did you know there are foods that are better choices than others? The following link is a list of the best and worst foods to eat before bedtime. Good sleep is necessary so your body can repair itself and get ready for the next day, but if you are eating foods that “aren’t conducive to you getting some restorative, rejuvenating, reparative sleep”, you might be setting yourself up for failure every night!!&nbsp;</p>
