It is a lifestyle change and the knowledge that I have learned I will be able to keep and incorporate for life! I also love Beachbody on Demand and call it ‘Netflix for Workouts.’ I love the variety of workouts to choose from and the convenience of being able to work out at home. I couldn&#8217;t do much when I started at over 400 lbs, but I found the easier workouts on the BOD app that were low-impact, and I just moved my body.
